I think I got this wrong earlier. He'd lost his driver's license, hence
the driver.

I had to borrow the BluRay from the library as it wasn't available
except with commercials.

I've got a question. How the hell does the bail bondsman and not the
sheriff control Ryan Philippe's ankle monitor?

I tried to watch this, but it was one of the bait and switch titles. It
looks like it’s free until you push play, and then it asks for money.
