Did we make fun of this earlier?

Jeanell English, chief of Diversity+ at the Oscars and the author of the
Representation Standards so movies can be nominated for Oscars, got
forced out of the Academy because she was the victim of micro- and
macro-aggressions. There's been an exodus of high profile black women
in Diversity+ positions in Hollywood.

Is she employable in a real HR job or did I just commit an aggression?

I see that she felt that she was very important to changing the world
and that she took it upon herself to put in a massive effort until it
impacted her health. I have no way of evaluating that feeling of hers.
What I can say is she talks about her leaving being due to micro/macro
aggressions and yet the only thing that comes close to being an
aggression was the change in the reporting structure. Everything else
she brought up was about her and her feeling about her job, or her
feeling about all the changes she made and yet the world didn't always
agree with her (as in her bringing up the results of Black Women in
the result for the Oscar noms.) Again, no actual facts that could be
evaluated as to the veracity of her words, just her feelings.

As for the health thing that's common for a lot of people. They throw
themselves into their work with the idea that the harder they work the
more that work will be recognized and rewarded. Some times it even
works out that way.
