"Pissbum" is not a term I use lightly... nor is it used metaphorically.

When I refer to someone like George "Stink" Sulzbach as a "pissbum," it's because he is known to have been living under a piece of discarded tarp, on a dump overlooking the Chattahoochee, for the past 5+ years.
