Now why Max has a movie from 1988(!!) in 4k, I could not tell you.

Based on the timing, they obviously put out a 4k-upgrade for Halloween.

My guess is that, Time Warner at least, must be going through its
catalogue, and is doing 4k upgrades for all of its "major films" over
time. (For example, I'm pretty sure they have "Casablanca" in 4K
already.) I guess that "Beetlejuice" makes the cut!

I'm now debating watching "Beetlejuice" this weekend...

I’m sure it’s part of the lead up to Beetlejuice two electric Boogaloo now
in production.

With Wednesday Addams as Winona Ryder Junior.

I've done good in this world. Now I'm tired and just want to be a cranky
dirty old man.
