He was hired as a lawyer. Traditionally, a lawyer who did what he did would be disbarred. But I wonder about American lawyers as a whole. There is a lawyer in Buffalo who peppers the airways with his informercials. Interestingly, his tacky ads have a red banner running above the main body of the commercial extolling his positive characteristics. One of them was listed as "fiercely loyal." I found this interesting because disloyalty to a client, is a case for disbarment so you would assume it was a characteristic not needing mention. This characteristic was removed from later commercials. I wondered if he'd clued in about the problem with the statement.
