Some people don't like Eccleston but I thought it was a great
introduction to new Who. I wish he had decided to stick around for
another season or two, but sadly that wasn't going to be the case.

Ah, there's been a misunderstanding here. MAX has the first 13 seasons
of the 2005 DOCTOR WHO. So if you want to see Eccleston as Doctor Who
you will need to get Max, at the moment. HBO Max (just sounds better
to me) also has TORCHWOOD and THE SARAH JANE ADVENTURES.
So it's the better streaming site for DOCTOR WHO in my estimation.

That may change in the future as if I were Disney and serious about
keeping DOCTOR WHO I would try and get all of Doctor Who if I could.
As imagine the contract for these shows has an expiration date at
which time Disney could swoop in, if they wanted.

Ah, that isn't the case at all. Just looked up Doctor Who Classic on
the Googlemeister. Turns out that the show is available on Britbox
with subscription, on Roku with premium subscription and for free on
Tubi. So there's no need to pay unless you want some sort of premium
experience.

I wonder if all three will also get the colorized Hartnell episodes. I
just saw an image from the colorized version and thought it was
horrific but I'm sure some people will love it.

He's still my favorite Doctor of the new ones because he played the role
serious and I loved Billie Piper as Rose in that season.

The show wasn't so woke back then like the new episode where the Doctor
asked the alien, Meep, what pronoun he used? ugghhhh

Max has 2005 to 2022. Disney+ will only have from this weekend’s special
forward.

I liked his season a lot. I too wish he had done more, but maybe if he had
done more, we would miss him less. It’s possible we’re looking at him with
Rose colored glasses.

The peach just told me about Roku, thanks for that. The article I was
reading, said BritBox was the only access to classic. Journalists. Ptui.

All of the trans-testicle crap ruined it for me. The only way they could have
made Donna Noble even worse is to give her a troon kid. I swear that scene at
the end with Donna and the kid holding hands and glowing, I fully expected
them to say something like "Transgender powers activate!"
