Police in my home town are calling for help from the public in
identifying three men who robbed a jewelry store on Saturday. Look at
the helpful pictures they provide:

What genius decided that two photos that showed two of the perps from
the shoulders down would be helpful? The third photo is only marginally

It's barely possible that someone desperate for tip-off money might
recognize the clothing. Anyway, it doesn't cost anything to try.

All I can see is a police car (helpfully labeled "A police car"...)
as the website wants me to turn off adblocker so it can spam

It wouldn't have cost anything to show the faces of ALL of the perps
either AND someone might have identified them!
