Typical double standard for the poetry group.

Need we go over that unfortunate episode again?

Shortly after the General's introduction to the group, you made a series of posts which I'll paraphrase as follows: "General Zod is going to be evicted from his trailer for not having paid his rent. He should be receiving a disability check from the VA any day now, but his mean old landlord refuses to wait. Oh me! Oh my! I don't know what to do. All of his artwork will be lost!"

Jim immediately stepped up and offered to send Zod $50, with the intend of tiding over his landlord until the VA check arrived.

You thanked Jim for his help, asked him to send the money to you, and gave him your Post Office Box address.

*After* Jim told you that the money had been sent, you suddenly decided to "warn" him against sending money to Zod, who would most likely just blow it on booze, drugs, and whores. Of course, since the cash was already on its way, there was nothing Jim could do to stop it, so your "warning" was a textbook example of "too little, too late."

Jim then asked you to make sure that the money was spent wisely. He asked you to offer it to Zod's landlord, and if he still refused to accept partial payment, to see that Zod spent it on clothing and supplies to help him survive in the outdoors.

A few days later, you cheerfully informed Jim that his money had been well spent -- as Zod used it to treat both you and your brother (neither of whom were homeless) to a steak dinner. You later told Jim that when the check had arrived, you emailed Zod a message (again, I paraphrase) to the extent of: "Hey, Zod. Jim sent me some money. Let's all go out for a steak dinner!"

The entire incident played out like a scam from the start: introducing a seriously injured friend who is no longer able to support himself, (implicitly) soliciting the group for monetary support for him roughly a week after his introduction into the group, neglecting to "warn" Jim about Zod's irresponsibility with money until *after* the cash had been sent.

It also appears as if you may have conned Zod as well, by pretending that the money had been sent to you, and that you were offering to treat him (and yourself and your brother) to dinner with it.

You later pretended to "refund" the money to Jim by making out a check to your daughter; but since no one believed a thing you said at this point, you were directed to send the money to Cujo who would donate it to an animal shelter.

As always, HtH & HAND.

Them, there, are the facts.

(The money order, with photo was written out to the daughter and I believe was cashed and handed back to daddy.. who was busted and told to send to Cujo...then he claimed he paid it back twice, $100 dollars worth....a natural born liar.)

Apparently we do, to clear up your lies and misrepresentations, now.

> "General Zod is going to be evicted from his trailer for not having paid his rent. He should be receiving a disability check from the VA any day now, but his mean old landlord refuses to wait. Oh me! Oh my! I don't know what to do. All of his artwork will be lost!"

That's more or less correct, but not quite so dramatic.

> Jim immediately stepped up and offered to send Zod $50,

That part is true, and it is also true that all of this money was later refunded to Senetto.

> with the intend of tiding over his landlord

No, already you're misrepresenting what happened, Pendragon.

The money Senetto sent Zod wasn't to pay the rent, since the landlord had already given up on that and had already given Zod an eviction date.

The money was sent to Zod with no specific demands from Senetto, and in fact when a person is given money as a gift, the recipient should be free to spend the money as he sees fit.

But in the end it turned out just to be a loan, since I finally paid Senetto back in full, and Zod did yard work for me to pay me back for that.

And so it goes.

No, Donkey, it wasn't.

It was sent to an Animal Shelter, via Cujo, at Jim's request.

Words matter.

Of course *you* were well aware that the landlord wouldn't accept Zod's money. However, in your original post, you either directly stated, or strongly implied (I'm not going to bother tracking it down) that Zod needed some money to keep from being evicted until his (imaginary) VA check arrived.

Again, this is further evidence that you post, indirectly soliciting funds for His Stinkiness, was a scam.

Jim clearly listed his instructions in that regard.

No, Donkey, you didn't. You donated the $50 to an Animal Shelter at Jim's request.

Again, words matter. Learn what they mean before you attempt to use them.

No, you continue to lie and misrepresent, Pendragon.

The archives show that I didn't say that sending money would keep Zod from being evicted and Senetto did not have specific demands for what Zod was to spend the money on.

Either way, it was just a loan, since it was later paid back to Senetto in full.

Glad to clear up your lies and misrepresentations and set the record straight again, Pendragon.

HTH and HAND.

This appears to have been the original post. The thread that it appeared in is not coming up when I search for parts of the message, so you probably deleted it.

On 7/11/2016 you wrote the following:

"And, sadly, more bad news from George Sulzbach...

"Hang in there, the other shoe dropped for George yesterday... the landlord cut his electricity off, and he lost his job... zero income, it is going to get pretty rough for him in the coming weeks. He was paid under the table, so no unemployment payments for George.

"So everyone, send some positive vibes by George's way..."

[END QUOTE]

It doesn't recap the whole story, as it's only the first installment in your spiel, but it sets the scene for the sting.

Do understand that Jim is not connected with the Animal Shelter that received the $50?

You did not pay even so much as a single penny back to Jim.

You paid an Animal Shelter.

You sure are on dumbassed Donkey.

It probably is, and you'll note that in no way did I suggest sending Zod any money, I was simply explaining why Zod was absent from the poetry group at that time.

At that time I posted personal information to the group, I've since learned that;s not a good idea with malicious stalker trolls such as you and your ilk hanging around, Pendragon.

That's where Jim Senetto wanted the money sent.

I offered many times, from the very start, to send it directly to Senetto, but he never wanted that

Try to keep with the facts, Pendragon.

The facts are that you never paid Jim back so much as one penny.

The facts are that you donated the money to a charity of his choice (the Animal Shelter).

You cannot say that you paid someone back when you donated the money to someone or something else -- even at his request.

How old are you now? 64? 65?

It's high time you learn the language.

The fact is that Jim Senetto decided that was where the money would go, rather than straight to him.

No matter how you spin it, the money was refunded

And, no, I'm not going to pay Senetto another penny, the debt is cleared as we agreed.

HTH and HAND.

No, Donkey. You're misusing "refunded" as well.

That's correct. The debt has been cleared.

Clearing a debt does not mean that Jim was "paid back" or that the money has been "refunded."

Those words do not mean what you think they mean.

As a writer, you need to learn what words actually mean so that you can use them correctly.

Like I said, Senetto, I don't care about proof that you were in the Army, just pointing out that people always demand proof that Zod was in the Navy.

Typical double standard for the poetry group.

It's not a double-standard, Donkey.

Stinky George's claim that the VA would be sending him money turned out to be false.

Stinky George could have sought help from the VA for his addictions, in finding a job, and turning his life around -- but he refused to seek their help.

Stinky George didn't show any signs that he had the self-respect that one gains from having served their country.

Stinky George didn't appear to have any sense of honor, which is also common among military men.

I can't imagine that Stinky George ever possessed the necessary stuff to be a Navy man -- he was too belligerent, too lazy, too childish, and too morally weak.

I believe that Jim, Ash, and Corey were in the military because they comport themselves in an honorable manner. They walk the walk and talk the talk. Stinky didn't.

You also believe that you're a better poet than William Carlos Williams, E. e. Cummings and T.S. Eliot, which is why I believe that you're a delusional fuckwit, Pendragon.

That's irrelevant to the argument, Donkey.

You claimed that my doubting Stinky George's claim to having served in the Navy is indicative of some supposed "double standard" held by the regulars at AAPC.

I countered that Stinky's claim lacks credibility -- and listed my reasons for dismissing it; as well as my reasons for believing that Jim, Ash, and Corey served in the military.

If you can counter any of those reasons, please do so.

If you cannot counter them, concede the point.

Again, I'm simply pointing out that quite a bit of what you "believe" is delusional bullshit, Pendragon, you shit slinging little monkey.

And so it goes.
