There are no laws in Columbus, that's why it is the murder and drug capital of the South. Take Joseph Stout (please!). He thought he could exploit at least two underage girls or boys for sexual purposes. He only got 5 years, so what does that tell you? He should have gotten 20. His father has done the same thing and worse (TSW).
