The H&L records, like "Let's Put It All Together" are still good records. Some of their disco records weren't great, but those were not soul records. I don't consider anything after about 1975-76 to be soul anymore. Most black records by then were either funk or disco.

Can you give us a soul record from the 60s or early 70s (1970-72) that is bad?
