There's very little detail about Guinan and her history - supposedly
done on purpose to keep the character mysterious, but more likely so
that the writers could do whatever they wanted.

The quality isn't good (especially the sound) and I think it's been
cropped. Like many DailyMotion videos, it's also been flipped
horizontally. I'm not sure, but I think Guinan / Ten Forward first
appears about the 31min mark.
