Again, a good example of poetry and music fusion.

The above is a good example... of our resident Donkey using words he doesn't understand.

Prove me wrong, Donkey.

Explain how "Vincent" is "a good example of poetry and music fusion."

That's exactly what I thought you meant, Donkey.

To say that setting a poem to music is a mix of poetry and music is stating the obvious.

Those of us who are culturally literate use the phrase, a "fusion of poetry and music," to describe those rare moments when the words and music *interact* with one another, redefining one another in the process to create something that transcends both mediums. It's rather similar to the idea of cinematic montage (which we all know you're incapable of understanding).

Here's a clear-cut example that even a Donkey might understand:

In my video, "Witchwind," the poem (an incantation) is spoken against a musical backdrop of voodoo drums. The words and music combine to create a more visceral experience of the speaker casting a spell. On their own, the voodoo drums do not tell the listener what sort of spell is being cast; while the incantation gains a feeling of primal intensity from the frenzied rhythm of the drums.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQlfxotjdXQ

In "He," a satanic-themed poem which may be positive or cautionary depending on your point of view, the narrative is set against the abstract tone composition, "Despair," by Les Baxter and Bas Sheba. As with the previous example, the interplay of spoken word and music *interact* to create an additional level of experience that doesn't exist when listening to either part on its own.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQbm3nZp6AU

In "Nighttouch," the poem of a ghostly visitation by a lover is set against a slow jazz version of "A Portrait of Jennie" (the title song from a 1940s film which is also about a ghost). The musical interpretation provides the poem with a seductive "film noir" feeling that is not hinted at in the words themselves. Conversely, the words provide the music with a narrative that echoes the "Portrait of Jennie" plot. The "fusion" of the two elements creates a noir-style ghost story -- a combination that doesn't exist when one takes each component singly.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8S4Na-GlkWs

Returning to "Vincent," the "fusion" of the lyrics with the notes of a single guitar combine to give the recording a feeling of intimacy and fragility symbolizing Vincent's tentative hold on sanity and, ultimately, life.

As I said, your understanding of words/language is commensurate to that of a 10-year old (slow bus var.). You really have no business discussing poetry, let alone writing it.

He saw "fusion" used in a restaurant ad and decided to use the word. (FUSS e un)

That's why he doesn't discuss it and people don't read what he writes.
