I for one am running out of nominations. What if we expanded the eligible records to include those that went out in the first round? Alternatively, what if we were permitted to nominate all records nominated by members to supplement Roger's original selections?

Or we could go to after 1963, even individual decades.

There's thousands of things still to be nominated. They may not be favorites of yours, but those son't seem to be doing that well anyway. Try some different things.

As I said back when Mark first proposed venturing outside our time
period, I'm fine with earlier stuff, but I'm totally opposed to later
stuff. I stopped listening to "current" music some time in the early
1970s. Anything I'm familiar with from after that is going to be some
huge hit that you couldn't escape from, not an obscurity. And not
anything that I yearn to share with my fellow connoisseurs, like the
stuff I do nominate.

There's a whole world of 1950s music you haven't heard yet. Just start
browsing on youtube and you'll be shocked at how much you haven't heard.
At least that's been my experience.

A good idea if I'm willing to put the time in and overlook the nostalgia. So far, I have been able to limit my nominations almost exclusively to records I like and remember. I have enough of these for October, but will probably have to consider your suggestion for November.

Suggestion: You could start with this guy's channel. He's posted
thousands of obscure 50s records over the years. Probably more than
anyone else. The great majority of them are vocal groups.
