If I were voting today, I might (might) consider it a little lower based on "She's Fine, She's Mine," but not based on "You Don't Love Me." It would depend on my mood at the time. Any deduction would be minimal and probably not affect the results. The similarities would have to be more egregious to do so.

I always thought "She's Fine She's Mine" was Bo Diddley trying to sound
like Muddy Waters. I think this was his first record.

It's certainly not his first record. It's one of the 3 masters that came from his first session on March 2, 1955, along with both sides of his first single.
