Never knew that there was a separate chart for Eire Northern Ireland. I just looked at the UK chart for that week and this is very different. #5 here was #1 there, and the #2 song in the UK was a Helen Shapiro song that's not shown here,

Eire and N. Ireland's Best Sellers

1. Cant’ Help Falling In Love/Rock-A-Hula Baby—Elvis Presley (RCA)
2. Let’s Twist Again—Chubby Checker (Columbia)
3. From Here. To There. To You—Hank Locklin (RCA)
4. March Of The Siamese Children—Kenny Ball (Pye)
5. Wonderful Land—The Shadows (Columbia)
6. Little Bitty Tear—Burl Ives (Brunswick)
7. Walk On By—LeRoy Van Dyke (Mercury)
8. Cryin’ In The Rain—Everly Bros. (Warner Bros.)
9. Young Ones—Cliff Richard (Columbia)
10. Cars-Johnny Keating (Pye)

Britain's Pye label was responsible for quite a few mega-hits on the
US charts in the 60's including those of Petula Clark,The
Kinks,Donovan etc etc

They also held the licence to release material from several big US
companies and none more important than the Chess family of labels
