It could roll all the way from Saint Peter, to Moskva, to Nizhny Novgorod,
to Kazan,
to Perm,
to Ekaterinburg,
to Omsk,
to Novosibirsk (my hometown!),
to Tomsk,
to Krasnoyarsk,
to Irkutsk,
to Ulan Ude,
to Harbin,
to Vladivostok,
to Sapporo,
to Alaska. It would be huge by the time it visited every part of Russia!

Who wouldn't be? Kids love snow, and watching it get bigger and bigger
would be fun for them. Plus they learn geography and culture.

Oh, and it can also go to North Pole for Christmas Special because
that's also in Russia.

When's the last time they had the Tardis shrink? aka Honey is shrunk
the Tardis.

I remember a few stories like that. There was those episodes with the
new New Doctor Davidson and his Aussie side-kick Tegan, aka Janet Fielding.

but yeah, the cgi would be so much better now with that idea as the
backdrop.

Harbin is in China, Sapporo is in Japan, and Alaska is part of the USA. So
your snowball has gone rather far astray.

The North Pole and surrounding Arctic regions. which you mention elsewhere,
remains international territory and belongs to no nation. (parts of the
seabed approaching the geographical North Pole are claimed by Russia under
UNCLOS).

All these places were historically part of Russia and will be again.
You can't change history, not one line!

Harbin was colonized by Russia in 1913. The Sapporo people do not
consider themselves Japanese. And you already know Alaska belonged to
Russia.

Make peace, not war.

If we can't bring back pure historicals, then all Bug Eyed Monsters
should be allegory for the West.

Okay, I invite you to come to my hometown, and I can show you the
records at the University. We can even go to Moscow, if you'd like.

Don't believe the Western propaganda. Even Canadians are moving to
Russia with their families these days.
