News sources are reporting Muti has tested positive and is in good spirits. Why has the April 15 CSO concert been canceled? Apparently it never occurred to whoever wrote the story to wonder. Mightn't Muti be recovered by then? Is there no assistant conductor to step in? Am I overlooking something?

April 15 is the second night of Klaus Mäkelä's debut with the CSO.. The Muti concerts are sooner. Your point is likely still valid. Gotta be someone who would be happy for the opportunity.

I was wrong (although I thought I got that 4/15 date from a story).

Tuesday night's concert is canceled.

The CSO concerts of April 7,8,9 and 12 will take place, presumably without Muti.
