I received this yesterday, Friday. Listened to it last night.

Really a great improvement. The last time I listened to Revolver the mix was so poor that I began criticizing myself for wasting time on such an old album.

This remix has thrown all that out. And the track I'm most impressed with is Dr Robert. Probably Lennon's really great "groove" rocker in line with the likes of I Feel Fine, Ticket To Ride and Daytripper.

But all the tracks are good and Giles Martin has done this album a great deal of justice.

I agree it's an improvement over the original stereo mix.

Just wish they provided a Blu-Ray of the surround mix. I can't even find a site where it can be downloaded. I suppose it may be on a streaming site, but I don't subscribe to those.

I'm happy with the stereo. Can't imagine anything more wanky than a
surround mix.

Yes a DVD-A, BR-A, or SACD would be great. Or a hi res lossless download
if one is that way inclined.
