It would have been an unexploded German bomb from WWII. The bris was in England.

It's hard to believe anyone could be so stupid as those people who thought it would be cool to bring home an unexploded shell.

The nightmare continues:

Wife goes to Heathrow to return home. Who knew you still needed a covid test to enter the U.S.? Apparently everyone but us. No problem. She's at the airport early. Plenty of time to get a covid test. Except that, making a long story short, Iceland Air closed their counter an hour before departure time, before the test results were available. Missed the flight, out about $1,000. She has to get home, right? Bought ticket on United. $2200. Got to Dulles, no suitcase. The good news is that I am 90% recovered from my cold or whatever it was and they found the suitcase and delivered it.

I'm never leaving the house again. It's not worth it.

Very sorry to hear. Are you prepared

At least she didn't go here by mistake:
