I have just tasted a few bits and pieces from this
(newly?) released reading of Goyescas:

Having listened just once, I have not fully formed
an opinion yet. At first hearing, the playing sounds
idiomatic enough to warrant thorough listening.

The pianist is one Jean-François Dichamp, whom
I had never heard (of) before. His affinity with the
music and with the Spanish pianistic idiom is very
obvious.

Glad you liked it! It has just moved to the top
of my Goyescas liszt. Adios Alicia! ;-)

I also found the Scarlatti interjections quite
suitable to the overall character of the music.

There are some very good versions of the Goyescas. Dichamp is one of them. I just ordered the CD.

indeed there are.

This one sounds to me to have an additional
dimension compared to the others. Or it may
just be the effect of freshness novelty.
