This is fun to watch - nothing profound. A sort of pianist’s Olympics.

My personal fave is Michelangeli (no surprise) especially in Ravel’s Ondine. Rach always superlative. The worst IMO is Arrau’s Live Waldstein.

The excerpt of Brahms’ Paganini Vars. with Michelangeli -Gilels - Katchen doesn’t flatter Gilels (who I usually like a lot).
