Most of the Micromaster Patrols that were selling for $30-40 in 2020 are now more like $50-60 this year. Ugh. It was a buyer's market when the pandemic hit. Everybody was selling off toys to make ends meet. I'm glad people are doing better, I really sincerely am. But now I wish I'd taken advantage of 2020 prices a bit more.

The good news is that Patrols from 1989 seem to sell for less than Patrols from 1990, so I was able to gobble up some first-year Micromasters today that needed to be replaced. I did this awful thing as a kid where I would customize toys sometimes with permanent markers. I ended up ruining a good number of Micromasters that way. But, I probably didn't think that one day I'd be 45 years old and having to replace all the ones I colored with Sharpies.

Now we play the waiting game to see which of them shows up in the mail first!

Zob (actually got a USPS package delivery today, which surprised the hell out of me since it's a Sunday)

Hey, speaking of Micromasters, let me know if you ever come across complete copies of Blaze Master (gold helicopter) or Tracer (black helicopter), because I'm finding they're just about impossible to find with their rotor blades intact.

Zob (reminds me of GoBot Cop-Tur and Twin Spin and Wrong Way and Flip-Top... it's always the damn helicopters)
