The US no longer knows the meaning of
meaning. What else can one expect from
a yoyocracy that turns around 180 degrees
every 4 or 8 years, with every administration
spending utmost effort to undo what the
previous one had done, rather than working
towards long term national goals and interests?

Defense, energy, transportation, communications,
foreign policy, commerce, banking and fiscal policy
all need long term planning beyond the horizon of
another domestic election cycle.

I suppose Frank will correct me and remind
us all that the most effective path to avoiding
chaos is ..... chaos! The Gosple according to
