Just to be picky, picky, I read "t = 0" as meaning a particular Time,
i.e. Midnight might be expressed as "t = 0" or "t = 0000".

If you're talking about Time not changing, that would be something like
"Delta t = 0", i.e. the change in Time is Zero!
