Besides not having the Siege battle damage, it looks like they went with a 1986 toy colors deco for the character this time. Lots of grey. Arguably too much grey. He doesn't look great. He was released long enough ago that they probably should have pulled a Legacy Galvatron and just sold the same toy without the battle damage deco.

Maybe they are saving the clean cartoon colors for the Buzzworthy SSS86 line-up. Springer could make them some money, especially since the Siege version wasn't super common at retail from what I recall. They could also offer a repaint of ER Quintessson Judge, who was barely seen at retail in the U..S.

Those wouldn't be bad ideas. I would hope the Quintesson Judge ends up looking better than the Pit of Judgement version, since the colors on that one were kind of, um, really bad.

So now we have 3/5ths of the box diorama pyramid, and the last 2 are Springer-sized-or-smaller, which means we aren't getting a Magnus, and possibly only 1 Jumpstarter or no Fractyl as were previously unofficially leaked. Now I'm unsure about the future and it's uncomfortable.

I don't think Ultra Magnus was ever in the cards, to be honest. It seems extremely unlikely to me that they'll do one Jumpstarter but not the other. But, it also seems unlikely to me that they'll put Bulkhead in a two-pack. If it was Bulkhead vs. Fractyl, and then a Topspin and Twin Twist set, that would be a clean and easy solution.

We've been getting a new drop every day this week, so it's reasonable to presume we'll find out tomorrow and Friday what the other two sets contain. Maybe one is Bulkhead, the other is a Jumpstarters 2-pack, and Fractyl will be made available separately. It's hard to predict right now.
