As I understand it, Tim, whilst on The TARDIS, Amy and Rory were not
paid and, prior to The TARDIS, Amy was a 'Singing Telegram'-type
performer so, I'm guessing, not making a lot of money, and Rory was a
Nurse, and they are not paid as much as they are worth, so how could
they have afforded to pay for a surrogate mother, Tim??
