The BBC reflects UK/NATO political views. In the Balkan war it used NATO press releases word for word.

Britain was divided down the middle over Brexit at the time of the vote and more are against it now than there were then. The Brexit campaign was full of lies which have been exposed since.

A lot of the UK is very freethinking and progressive. But there are still a quantity of right wing loonies that you find in the USA and any developed country.
