Had Earl Warren lived until age 110 and remained on the US Supreme Court until his death, how exactly would he have ruled in Bush v. Gore? Would he have accepted George W. Bush's equal protection argument, albeit not Bush's proposed remedy?

I'm asking this question because the Bush v. Gore majority actually did rely on Earl Warren's opinion in Reynolds v. Sims to help make their case/argument that Florida's recount violated equal protection. So, it would have actually been interesting to see the author of this opinion personally comment on this matter.

This seems more of a politics question rather than a what-if. Having Warren live an additional 26 years and still be on the Supreme Court at age 110 does not really seem plausible.

Plausible? No. But theoretically possible, at least if he has superhuman genes? Why not? After all, I believe that Irving Kahn was able to continue working until his death at age 109.
