Bortkiewicz second piano concerto:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HO5xUkrXbxo

This ons is for the left hand alone.

Has anyone written a piano concerto
for the right hand alone? After all,
there must be some pianists who lost
their left arms. Inquiring minds ...

Perhaps most arms were lost in sword fights and since most people (90%?) are right handed......
Perhaps as my mother and many other left-handers were forced to right with their right hand, so too were lefties forced to fight with their right hand. Or not.

The left hand only piano concerto is associated with Paul Wittgenstein,
who lost his other hand during WWI after a bullet wound to his right elbow.
