Which of these three countries would be least harmed by becoming 33+% Muslim?

-Israel
-Russia
-India

I can easily imagine alternate and/or future history scenarios where each of these three countries experiences this fate:

-Israel: West Bank annexation
-Russia: Transformation of the Eurasian Economic Union into a full-on political union and also having both Uzbekistan and Tajikistan join it
-India: Avoid the 1947 partition of India
