Heard from Raksha earlier this evening that, earlier this month, Matt Warsocki (the owner and proprietor of Rugby's Starbase, which was, for many years, the go-to site for online TF sales, beyond this group and ATTCM) sadly passed away.

No information on cause of death is available, but he has left behind a family of ten cats, which are currently in the process of being re-homed in the US Northeast Coast region.

Matt was active here for many years, and was also a BotCon dealer's room fixture. So much so, in fact, that he received his own BW show reference, back in the day:
