AHC: Have as many Muslims be minorities (as opposed to majorities) within their own countries as possible without any genocide or ethnic cleansing

I think that one good way to contribute to this would be to have no partition of India in 1947 as well as to have (Greater) Russia permanently keep Central Asia. You could also get very marginal improvements by allowing Serbia to keep Kosovo and Austria-Hungary to keep Bosnia. Maybe put Ottoman Armenia and its Muslims under Russian rule if this can actually be done without a war. But exactly where else is there the potential for improvement in regards to this? Partitioning Afghanistan between (Greater) Russia and British India, OK. Having Russia annex northern Persia, maybe? But exactly what else?

and 528,879,520 minority Moslems.

Incorporate

Pakistan
Bangladesh

into India.

and

Azerbaijan
Tajikistan
Uzbekistan
Turkmenistan
Kyrgyzstan
Kazakhstan

into Russia.

That shifts 420,674,882 to minority; the new totals are
949,554,402 minority and 818,470,562 majority.
