Well, we know you're not a programmer.

For those who are, however, the suggestion of what somebody somewhere
is googling can't help but call to mind the Ten Commandments for
C Programmers, specifically commandment number 5:

Thou shalt check the array bounds of all strings (indeed, all arrays),
for surely where thou typest ``foo'' someone someday shall type
``supercalifragilisticexpialidocious''.

The annotated edition of the ten commandments is available at

I've always seen 'antidisestablishmentarianism', 3 more letters.

No, although I used to be able to write simple shell scripts.

And when we were first dating (fifty-one years ago), Hal decided
the best way for us to get better acquainted was for him to teach
me FORTRAN.

That did not work. I had to get together with UNIX text
processing to make friends with a computer.

I've seen that, actually. One of them is [do not do something

This version is sadly lacking that particular commandment. I haven't been
able to find the one you're thinking of, but I'd like to see it.

I *might* have it saved to disk somewhere. Let me get back to
you on that.

Bing finds it in Wiktionary

apparently the form exists.

You are, in my experience, correct that the longer form (referring to
the political position rather than to someone holding that position)
is what I have seen in the past.

Note: I had to open a new tab and enter it into the Search field.
Entering it at the top caused Edge to append a "/" and then complain
that the name couldn't be resolved. Which really isn't very helpful,
but what can one say except ... "Microsoft"?

found it:

5: Take care that thou useth the proper method when thou takest the
measures of high-voltage circuits too, that thou dost not incinerate
both thee and thy test meter, for verily, though thou has no company
property number and can be easily surveyed, the test meter has
one and, as a consequence, bringeth much woe unto a purchasing agent.
6: Take care that thou tamperest not with interlocks and safety devices,
for this incurreth the wrath of the chief electrician and bring
the fury of the engineers on his head.
7: Work thou not on energized equipment for if thou doest so, thy
friends will surely be buying beers for thy widow and consoling
her in certain ways not generally acceptable to thee.
8: Verily, verily I say unto thee, never service equipment alone,
for electrical cooking is a slow process and thou might sizzle in
thy own fat upon a hot circuit for hours on end before thy maker
sees fit to end thy misery and drag thee into his fold.
