You know how some decoys have little black smudges on their corners like someone tried to use them as erasers? Well is there a simple method or product to clean that so the smudges come off while not harming the rubber? I don't want the decoys to discolor any more than they already have.

Speaking of which, some of my purple Decepticon decoys are turning brownish and that looks irreversible.

I've had some luck just rubbing off discolored spots with my fingertip. But it depends partly on what it is that caused the discoloration, and how deep into the material it goes. It's so easy to damage them that I have been hesitant to clean mine too extensively.

Back when I was finishing off my set, I noticed a lot of dingy brownish ones for sale. I assumed it was sun damage. I've had some success restoring discolored Star Wars R2-D2 and stormtrooper toys by soaking them in hydrogen peroxide and letting them bake in the sunlight for a few days, but I've never done it with Decoys so I have no idea what would happen.

Zob (Super7 Keshi Laserbeak for the win!)

If it were Tiny Titans I'd say dishwasher, but Decoys I'd say try a spray of white vinegar on a paper towel is as in-depth as I'd risk.
