A song lyric.

The thing is, I'm not completely sure if it's a song lyric in this
universe or another one. That lyric woke me this morning. I thought
at the time that it was whatever Echo was playing to wake me up, but
it started haunting me, so I went through the last 24 hours of music
played by the Echo and there was no such lyric. So I must have
dreamed it, or else I briefly stepped into an alternate universe.

But now it's bugging the Hell out of me. I want to know more about
this Ghost and its relationship with the British, and it's frustrating
that there isn't any way to find out more. If it's alternate universe
I have no way of getting back there and am not sure I want to, if it's
a dream then it's a creation of my own mind but remains inaccessible.
Perhaps I should retain the services of a mesmerist.

I'm not sure if this is even on or off topic.

I'd suppose one of the wars in America, or
a somewhat confused description of cricket
where the principal "British" team is England.
Or Rugby football, where there can be a team
for Britain. Or maybe Quidditch? But again,
Scotland, Ireland, England, and Wales play
separately at Quidditch.

"Run Like Hell" by Pink Floyd from The Wall definitely isn't it.

And "Come Out Ye Black And Tans" is not a good match either.

I'm open to the suggestion that it was a mishear, but nothing Amazon
had played in the previous 24 hours even _had_ vocals.

"Google Groups Ngram Viewer"???

What the hell is that? I know *about* Google Groups, though I
never learned how to access it. And I think ngrams must've been
invented after I got out of linguistics in 1964.

Google _Groups_ Ngram Viewer? I thought it was Google Books Ngram Viewer.

Basically, since they've got all these digitized books on file, they thought it would
be handy if one could use their computers to find out how often a word or phrase
was used over the years.

https://books.google.com/ngrams

Definitely books, not groups. I use to find when concepts or
