That is hardly surprising. The statistics on the Rythm Method are:

99% effective x 2 times/week x 52 weeks/year = 1 baby per year

which, of course, is why the Bishop of Rome supports it.

None of what you quoted has any bearing on whether or not they accept
the Pope's /definition/ of "pro-life". It only shows that they aren't
pro-life.

And, perhaps, in many cases, not even anti-abortion.

Perhaps I have been reading biased news stories.

As far as I knew, not one person had been killed in the riots *by the
rioters*; there may have been killings by the police, and, of course,
there were the people killed by Kyle Rittenhouse.

I suppose that if this is not the case, these deaths were buried
under the tectonic shift in the consciousness of the American
people caused by the death of George Floyd. It's understandable
that newspapers and reporters would not want to be thought
racist by spending too much time on things not supporting the
right narrative, but I will agree that this omission is a failing.

There were two deaths during the George Floyd riots. Calvin Horton Jr.
was killed by a pawnshop owner who believed Horton was burglarizing his
business. Oscar Lee Stewart Jr. died from smoke inhalation after
being trapped in a burning building.

I'm not sure where Chris got his 9-25+ number. Probably from Jones.

They joined in the insurgency trying to verturn the election. They

They're good friends, with some crossover.

I notice you do not deny that Antifa is, in fact, a violent
insurgency.

The more recent the event, the less time it's had to reverberate
throughout history.

But they don't make troublemakers the way they used to, it's true.

As my father used to say, "Sometimes, a PhD just means you're a
well educated idiot." (I'm always reminded of the Havard professor
who swallowed whole the Nigerian Prince scam, and not only sent all
his money, but scammed his family and friends out of $600,000 more.
And still insisted in an interview, *from his prison cell*, that it
was a legitimate deal, if only the government hadn't interfered.)

The Pope is a man, and men don't get pregnant. Women tend, overall,
to take men less seriously on isses of female reproducting issues,
and the control thereof.

Indeed, as has been stated in other threads, perhaps you have been
reading biased news stories.

If you want a liberal-trending look at some of the death reports:

Faux News has the most comprehensive list:

It *is* Faux News, but these names are easily verifiable through
indepent sources.

Which you're not allowed to read.

It's far more than a failing. It's deliberately crafted propaganda
in support of a violent insurgency.

Not all the riots over Floyd's death were in Minneapolis. In fact,
there were riots in many major cities, and many of them involved
insurgents killing either random people, or specifically targeting
police. The 9-25+ number is overall.

Well, I guess it doesn't matter too much how he runs, since there is little
chance he'll win even the primary let alone the general election. But when I
read Democrat I died a little inside. He's not even a DINO; he's a liar as well

So, someone who doesn't matter and never will, who has zero chance
to actually be elected, is now representative of all Republicans?

Idiocy like this is why normal people have such contempt for the
left.

So are you suggesting this MIGHT be a temporary situation if Biden +
other Democrats open the borders sufficiently to admit enough
Hispanics not to need black support any more?

Mathematically that >IS< the impact of the current policy if continued
long enough.

Probably because it was something 'they'd heard' but couldn't be arsed to look up.

Just because something is a popular claim, doesn't mean it's false.

Google 'dui rates by county dry wet' and you'll get a bunch of references.

Examples:
Consideration of driver home county prohibition and alcohol-related vehicle crashes

Only if they admit Hispanics who are on a path to citizenship.
