The top tier, which will be dropped in most newspapers, brings back
Castor's adopted daughter Cylinda for a good joke, and the main action
gets a nicely goofy save by Olive in true Fleischer-era animated style.

You also have to wonder if Susie is related to Popeye. She has that arm
thing both he & Poopdeck have going on.

I'm pleased to see Milholland not only getting the chance to do this,
but knocking it out of the park. Having followed Something Positive for
twenty years, I totally would not have expected either of those things
to happen. Real genre shift.
