I would if they sold decent coffee. I have one 100 yards away as the crow flies, half a mile as the human walks (climbing fences is no longer my thing) and their coffee is somewhat better than undrinkable, but not much more.

I had a coffee at a downtown Tim's and it was quite decent. A waste though as there I normally would have a choice between several chains serving good coffee. I guess they have to try harder in that company.

I gave up on Tim's after THREE TIMES without my requesting it they put
sugar in my coffee which is rather difficult when it's a drive thru
and you're diabetic...

After running into a similar problem at Dunkin (not diabetic, just don't like suger),
I found that the magic mantra was: "Small coffee, cream ONLY". Somwhow that
gets the job done.

I don't find I have a problem if I specify "no sugar". The local group does have problems with "one cream" though, giving me up to three.

Back when I took a little sugar in my coffee, though, they had real problems with "half a sugar", not being quite clear on whether I meant 1/2 or 3/2 the regular amount.

Tim Hortons has great marketing but I've never really it's actually a
good place for coffee.
