The setup is a bit awkward too. It's not something you would expect
Rodney to be interested in, and then why introduce Wiz as the
recipient? That's multiplying magical entities unnecessarily.

It looks similar to C++, I doubt it's legal (although I haven't done anything with C++ in over 15 years)

Here's what I said in the comments at the time (I had to work around
the features of GoComics commenting system):

Sort of a garbled C++. The include preprocessing directives are pretty
much confined to C and C++, and that form is C++. But it’s missing the
# that indicates preprocessing. There are no block delimiters, the
function signature isn’t correct, bunches of other stuff. I think it
was going for std::cout which would print to the default output device,
usually the console.

This would work except that I had to replace the angle brackets around
iostream because GC interpreted it as some markdown and ate the text:
