life after crashing in an elevator shaft?

I don't recall if they did. But, I looked up the Days wiki -

He came back with Eve and no memory, and he'd also been resurrected by
Kristen and Rolf. Xander had given him to Eve.

Guess it figures Rolf would be involved in that too, but it's interesting
the show has apparently never explained how Kristen and Rolf were able to
repair Jack's broken body, nor how they even gained access to Jack's body at
that point. I'm glad they never resorted to the old standby of saying it
wasn't really Jack in the elevator but some look-alike standby, because that
would have spoiled the moment where Jack sacrificed himself to save his
daughter.

Rick, My heart almost stopped when I read
the headline: "Days Exit Confirmed." I was
terrified that "Days" had been canceled and
was ending. Whew!! Was I ever relieved to
learn it's only an actress leaving the series.
