Is Joe Haldeman editor / compiler of this collection?
ISFDB (and the cover) only credit him for writing
an introduction for the book.

That's not entirely clear from the information in the book.

Picking at a nit, I don't see "by John Brunner" on the cover.

Labeling it as such seems, to me, to beg the question: who else,
exactly, /would/ it be by? After all, since he is the only candidate,
specifying this would seem to be superfluous.

Then again, if I had a copy (which I don't), "John Brunner" would be
listed as what I call "Creator" (author, composer, designer, etc), if
only so it could be sorted with any other works by him that I had
(currently none, although I did have copy of /Shockwave Rider/ at one
point).

I think Joe Haldeman selected the stories.

I have at this point a pretty complete collection of Brunner,
without being so complete I need stop looking for more books.

And yet we have "by John Brunner" in the title of the thread and the
page.

Which, again, begs the question: who else would have written the
stories?

I could go back and add edited by Joe Haldeman but I am not
100 percent sure I am right about who edited the book. The
credits are a bit coy.
