I get teary eyes and nausea. Also I don't like my clothes and hair stinking like smoke. It just
irritates me, No inflammation though.

That's good. Inflammation sucks. That being said, teary eyes and nausea
are symptoms of inflammation, it is not always reddened skin and
swelling.
