Oh, that's one of the reason I genuinely like funerals.

And I don't have any truck with that "shame it's under these
circumstances" stuff, either. It's a cast iron fact that we're all
going to die. Given than, a good funeral, where our mates raise a
glass and share some old stories is not an unreasonable ambition.

I fully hope and expect my funeral to be a fine day out for all
attendees, with at least one person making an attempt to "comfort the
widow", while using the phrase "it's what he would have wanted"
