This has been going on for millennia ,, Historic lows due to climate
change, so what is the historic refill due to ? A very wet winter, and
these cycles will continue foe eons more regardless of what we do or do
not do, without reference to the trillions$$ that the Bolsheviks want to
redistribute for their nefarious purposes.

But it's pointless arguing with idiot sceptics because they'd rather have us all die than allow anyone to try and fix things.

I am sure there's a more appropriate term for those who want to see their kids, grand-kids and great-grand-kids suffer and die, than fuckwits, but I can't think of it right now.
