It seems the US and its rusted on mostly Anglophone allies have learned
zilch from their past diplomacy failures and yet again seek solace in
warmongering drumbeats. Have they really expected a different outcome?

And so how would Australia's future become more secure if we didn't learn
to maintain our real independence in such manufactured conflicts as a
*Neutral* country, much like Switzerland, Austria or Sweden?

We do not need to grovel to the USA just as we do not need to grovel to
China or Russia!

What we should do on the scene of international politics is to play the
role of the a respected diplomatic peacemaker and negotiator instead of a
behaving like a brain dead ally of one of the warmongers.
