After her stroke L really couldn't get onto the BMW, the little scooter yes. A
bit of a discussion a few months back and I'd got her onto the seat by climbing
onto the riders position whilst it was on the side stand and shifting her 'arris
back. Still lacked the confidence to go out and about but with a possibility of
a trip[1] next month managed to persuade her this morning.

Just a short jaunt ~10km to get Dim Sum but still small steps and all that, a
bit more of a struggle to remount for the return because of the camber, our
parking lot is dead flat of course but success never the less. Got told off for
being to enthusiastic accelerating, hmmm it is a F800 hardly going to set the
world on fire and I swear I never used more than 1/4 throttle. Next step is a go
with the side cases attached.

[1] I'll just have to get her to Hat Yai around 200km after which she can ride
in a car with our SiL if she wishes.
