Gentlemen,

Any idea how these images could have been created? It looks like
someone has used one of those filters you get with Iphones that can
create SFX out of any shots you take. What does the Panel make of
these images?

Well obviously I do not know, but with the number of so called Ghost
investigation programs, and haunting exposes on TV right now, how come we
are all not knee deep in ghosts? This says to me that many are hoaxes like
Crop circles, some are created just to entertain a gullible public, and a
few may well be truly unexplained from our current understanding.

You're not missing much. It just looks like someone in a raffia wig
shot badly with a mobile phone then put through the x-ray effect
filter to me. Either that or a coconut with drawing pins for eyes. :-D
