Further pulses of heavy rain continued well into the evening
yesterday with fog developing from 1520Z. The fog persisted
for the rest of daylight hours (vis reduced to just 80m at
times) and was present when I looked out overnight, lifting
at 0700Z. Patchy hill fog is still present but the mist is
steadily clearing and a few holes are appearing through the
stratus layers. Early morning drizzle petered out by 0810Z.
Visibility very poor, improving to moderate. RH 97%.
