RMK Cu hum. Dry since 15z yesterday, mainly cloudy at first (CuSc),
cloud becoming more broken in the evening. Little of no low cloud
overnight but upper cloud increased and thickened. Mist and stratus
for a time since dawn, now lifted into small amounts of Cu.
