For the English Channel, low strength, GFS has this continuing unvarying
for another 2 weeks from the east, some sort of record?

GFS still has wind from E quarter,ie from NE,E,SE out to 11 June, having
started in actuality sometime before 20 May 2023

If nothing else it may loose this month long east quarter wind along the
Eng Channel.
Seems a bit of a coincidence just as NHC has an interest one end of the
Atlantic

current model keeping its progress west of Spain

TS Arlene does not seem to have shifted things, GFS still has eastern
quarter wind for the channel out to mid June
